I am a problem solver. I look at an issue or situation and my expertise lies in solving it. Whether it is a huge, seemingly insurmountable problem or a minor one. Where my mind wonders these days is “what causes some people to give up?” The same question in reverse, “what causes people to DECIDE to do or be different and push through to a better outcome?” Another question that surfaces in my mind lately “If you see that efforts are moving an issue in the right direction, with the right level of support, and you see there is a prospective and better potential outcome coming, why do people interfere? Why do they want to interject, deter, criticize instead of support and encourage?” These are areas that I just have not figured out yet and wanted to put it ‘out there’ and maybe some of you can help answer these questions.
