Many people ask me how I remain so positive so I am going to tell you here. I make a choice each and every day, regardless of the circumstances, regardless of the world economy, regardless of whatever happens in my life or those close to me, to remain positive! It is a learned behavior just like being negative is. Every moment offers you the opportunity to smile or frown, have a light or heavy heart. Yes, there are serious moments – I’m not talking about an absurd unreality, but a simple choice each day to wake up, focusing on the great possibilities in the world, and smile or focus on more of the same negative, moaning, groaning that you see all around you. If you are THAT unhappy, make a change in your life that will improve your mood. Life is about choices. Choose to be happy. Choose to be positive. Put your rose-colored glasses on and choose only to focus on those things that build you up and help you feel happy, positive and good. It really is just that simple.

To Your Happiness!

Thanks, Tracy, for your typically eloquent and accurate recommendations.

As we all start our day, whether it is getting the kids ready for school.
finishing up a term paper, quantifying
how many new customers we need to have
an exceed-quota revenue month, or
even capture the fitness goals we
established for ourselves- one message is clear- focus on mastering
the little steps you need to commence the day properly and successfully.

Then acknowledge your success and plan and take the next steps of
success. These building blocks
of accomplishment, when accumulated,
remind us of how much we have achieved
all day. Many of us, if we analyzed
how much we do and provide inspiration
for those around us, would be much
more content and have a higher
self-esteem. Say to yourself:
“Wow, I did all that before lunch!”
Yes you did!

Have a Healthy, Profound, Prosperous,
and Motivational week, everyone.
