So we made through the incremental changes… How is everyone doing out there? Would love to hear back from some of you. A blog is an exchange of experiences and not just me ‘lecturing’ to a crowd… :)   Here is hoping you are making progress toward the incremental and step change improvement that we all struggle to make.

Me? Well, I am gearing up for vacation at the moment with great plans for rest, relaxation, exercise and some fleshing out of future plans while there. I have the bikes out (haven’t ridden them yet), been eating breakfast by 9:00 am (most days), getting to bed by a decent hour (most nights), taking a multivitamin a few times (wasn’t sure if an adverse reaction I had to it was the vitamin or something else, so there IS a reason) and need to get that back into my plan. I am taking a bit more time during the day and creating some white space in my schedule now that school is out. I am really studying to connect all the great plans that are in the works at a higher level. A community level. So, my work on me continues and I have moved beyond myself to my friends, family and community at large. This is where I am the most comfortable, and therefore the area that I need to work the hardest is making sure I tend to me. Where is your challenge? Tending to you? Taking time for your family? Getting time beyond yourself and your family to be a contributing community member?  Whatever it is, just spend a bit of time each week doing something toward your goals and they will eventually ‘be’.

Wonderful blog posting, Tracy.

I’ve always felt that incremental steps are amazingly effective in achieving large, quantifiably impressive results. Take time to connect with your family more, and then perhaps, interact in a small,
meaningful fashion with neighbors- even next-door neighbors you’ve waved
to, conversed with casually or seriously for a decade, may have some
exhilarating or quiet details for you
and yours that will enhance your life.
Reach out, show an interest in the
preferences, accomplishments, visions of others. You may then find you have
uncovered some small glimmering gems
of insight about yourself.

All the Best and the Brightest, Tracy,
to all your readers and their families and friends.
