During these economic times, there is one power that you can maximize and that is one of CONNECTIVITY! Look around you at the people you know, the people they know, your friends, your family and realize that this power is within you and all of them to help each other, do what you can where you can to help others and ask for their help as well. The closer we can build these bonds and the more we can encourage each other, the quicker these days will be behind us all with a brighter future ahead. It is when we let others down, when we do not follow through for them, when we are not people of our word, than this human capital opportunity will fail you. It is amazingly challenging to find those you can consistently rely upon to come through for you, but when you do, make sure you return the favor and be the person that you want others to be to you.
