When a country becomes so permissive that it must appease those who come on to its land more than those who were born, lived and died upon the land for generations…
When it becomes so permissive that respect for different languages overrides the need to learn the nation’s language…
When the right to freedom of speech also means the right to disrespect, spew negativity and hate…
When a country that promised freedom of religion now insists upon freedom FROM religion…
When a country that provided freedom of speech now seeks to limit those freedoms to only that which is socially acceptable and said within a politically correct framework…
When a country for which those who sought equal rights for others now have their individuals rights sacrificed…
When a country’s taxation system seeks primarily the betterment of the indigent and poor over those workers who are breaking their backs daily…
When a country increases their social services beyond their support of education and individual empowerment…
When a country lets the tail begin to wag the dog instead of “the dog wagging its own tail”…
When a country who believed those elected by and for the people should represent the people, but they don’t………
When a country allows a government to overrun and override the will of the people and state’s rights are usurped…
When a country becomes an entitlement state and penalizes rather than espousing and rewarding a decent work ethic…
When the youth of a country are steeped in debt before they’re old enough to work and before some are even born…
When the foundation upon which their parents built a foundation is so severely shaken and the landscape changed to where the odds are no longer in their favor…
When greed and politics run the world outright and side deals that used to be set up in private become public without disparage…
When fear and false wars are used to take away citizens’ rights to privacy…
When a country allows sex, violence infiltrates all media sources and “quick fixes” to rule the thinking of our youth into believing that this is how life should be….
When our youth die too young, have too little hope, are infected with diseases they should not even know anything about at their young ages…
When children have children and are left to be brought up “however” and in a world of ignorance and simply repeating generational poverty tactics…
When our country’s money is spent on prisons, Medicaid, welfare and unemployment instead of early learning, prevention programs and invested wisely in our nation’s future…
When the citizen’s rights are abdicated by the country’s right to invade them and take them away…….
When this happens, a country is TOO permissive and on the verge of violating every single aspect of every single thing that has ever and originally caused it to be great.
My question then is “what’s next?”
